hondo . left this review about Pitcher & Piano

Lovely riverside location with entry via the terrace on my visit. 1 real ale and food served.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Pitcher & Piano

Quite a distinctive building in a prominent position overlooking the Thames. What appears to be the entrance isn't always open, so you sometimes have to go down some steps beside Richmond Bridge to enter via the substantial patio beer garden. In fact, the busy terrace is probably larger than the floor area of the main bar and adjacent rooms (although there is also a smaller bar and additional seating upstairs, when open). A poor beer selection, even by Pitcher & Piano's standards, with no real ale (just keg Pedigree, when its on...).
