Refubished pub on stretch of old road off A38, by River Lynher. Seems to be mainly aimed at food trade, but served a very nice pint of Otter, with usual Tribute etc also. Smallish bar area, with rather too much furniture wedged in, with a larger restaurant area and conservatory. Also tables outside at front. Has its own little zoo (entrance charge). Large car park at rear.
