Food oriented Marstons pub. Three hand pumps, half hidden by a box of straws. Tetleys Cask pump clip turned around, with Wainwright Gold and Marstons Pedigree the options. I went for the latter, but it was warm and lacking condition (NBSS 2) and a massive £5.15 for a pint. It would be quite pleasant here, quite good quality wood panelling and floorboards, and some random framed pictures on the walls, but the incessant and impossible-to-escape-from piped music (believe me, I tried) all added to the expensive and sub-ordinary beer and made me desperate to find a decent pub in Chesterfield ASAP.
