The Victoria has two bars, I didn’t visit the left-hand public bar during my recent Tuesday evening visit, but I did spot a dartboard through the window. The larger right-hand bar has a banquette in the front window and bar counter up the left that supports standard and premium keg. This front bar area has a laminate floor and carpet is found in the sunken rear seating area that is found down a couple of steps. Televisions are located throughout for showing live football. There were menus on all the tables and I spotted a kid’s toy grab machine, so this place is trying to coin the young family market. Out the back is a huge beer garden with picnic tables. I thought the pub itself was quite forgettable, but the barman/governor was extremely friendly, so much so that I would pop back in again if passing.

Ok pub. Clean, friendly enough. Large beer garden with children's climbing frame. One real ale, sadly it was the vastly overrated Doom Bar slop.
