Irish pub overlooking the harbour inlet. A whiffy L-shaped interior with interesting arched ceiling. Some emerald green (well it probably was originally) carpet and fabric on the chairs plus a black wood-clad bar. A couple of inlaid glass cupboards with Irish breweriana ephemera were of interest. Quite quiet on our late Friday afternoon visit with the TV showing a game show to an audience of nil, most people were utilising the outside seating. Special mention of the glitzy toilet walls, most unexpected. Also a pigeon infestation judging by the cooing noises. One ale, the local Bays Topsail (sparklerised) which was about passable. Live music advertised. There are better places nearby.

THE FOOD & DRINK IS EXCELLENT NEVER HAD A BAD PINT OR A BAD MEAL.
Warning the meals are large and cooked to perfection.
The staff are one of the best (ALAN the barman) Also met the owners today they are really nice.
I would recommend this pub, atmosphere excellent.
The best IRISH pub in Torquay.
Believe me from a Welsh man that is a great comment.
Give it a try. You wont be disappointed.
