The Humber Hotel, Coventry

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Humber Hotel

Large pub with a 1930s look and still also operating as a basic hotel. The bar is in the centre (with an old Ansells clock inset within the bar-back, with an opened-out room to the left now housing the pool table, various sporting trophies in display cabinets and numerous black-and-white team photographs. A seemingly unspoilt lounge can be found on the right-hand side (although it was difficult to tell in the darkness since it was not in use on my visit), and plenty of wood-panelling in all parts. The Wadsworth 6X had just run out, but Purity's Pure Gold (£3.80) was available from another of the three handpumps.
