There is a proposal to rebuild the pub on the original site. See https://www.wellington-today.co.uk/news/planning/fresh-plans-to-rebuild-merry-harriers-pub-six-years-after-it-was-knocked-down-following-fire-586599

Not the best image of the pub as you approach as it backs onto the road. The main entrance is on the other side facing away towards a beer garden and is accessed by a path from the carpark. Interior is very traditional rural pub with low ceilings, subdued lighting and a low background murmur of conversation. Beers were Exmoor Ale, Cotleigh, and Otter Head. Surprisingly busy as it is in the middle of nowhere on top of the Blackdown hills.
