Looking like a former mansion in its own park, this is now a dining pub with two cask beers from Greene King. The IPA is generously described as hoppy and dry (see photo), but at least it was in pretty good condition (NBSS 3.5) - yes, I was feeling generous too. It was uncomfortably warm inside so I escaped to the garden where it was cool and breezy.
