Sadly no ale in this one, so pressed on.

An Irish pub, looking slightly out of place amidst all of the shops on Bournemouth's main shopping street. The pub certainly has a bit of character to it - the interior has all sorts of interesting stuff on the walls and ceiling, including a bike suspended from above and a panel attached to the bar with a small, waist-high hole in it, which punters are encouraged to try and squeeze through in order to get their name put on a plaque on the wall.
Aside from the standard selection of Irish beers, there were two hand pumps, both serving Ringwood Best - an uninspired choice, but in very good condition.
Seemed quite popular without being too busy on a Saturday afternoon. There aren't many (any?) decent pubs this end of town, so this place is worth remembering. I'd happily return, if only to try and get my name on the wall!

Great little Irish pub in the middle of the Bournemouth High Street!
Random Irish souvenirs literally covering the walls and ceiling (including a bike).
Good selection of local real ales (2 Ringwood Beers at last check)
Highly recommended.
