I popped in to the Alibi on Tuesday evening just after Arsenal got knocked out of the Champions League by AC Milan. The plasma screens were still on though as a European game was being aired courtesy of Viasat (Sky Sports is also shown here). The bar is to the right of the entrance in the front area and there is seating to the left and right rear. The two hand pumps were drawing Harvey’s Best and Addlestones cider and a standard draught selection was available along with San Miguel. Pub food is served and there deals are in place to make bulk buying meals cheaper so if a group of four want the same meal they are quids in. There is also a loyalty system for locals to get free pints. I didn’t visit the garden out the back, but I did have to walk downstairs to find the gent’s toilet.

The barmaid was friendly enough and I’d have no problem returning if I was passing by.
