The Eagle Inn is a proper old pub that is on a back street off blackfriars road.
Once inside the pub had two rooms with a very nice basic bar and a more comfortable lounge,we had a drink in the bar,this pub is a Joseph Holt tied house and there were two real ales on the bar we had a drink of Holts bitter and this was a really nice drink the other beer was Holts mild.
We quite liked this pub and it is nice to see it still up and running.
