No real ale at the time of my visit, with the solitary hand pump having a reversed clip - and several more on display above the bar back. On enquiring I was told there's no call for it, but they may have one back on in summer. I had a lager called Madri Excepcional, which is one of my "no real ale" fallbacks, though I could have had a Boddingtons Smooth. This pub has a number of interesting features, the bar having rails for elbows and feet, and a few hooks; there are fireplaces - the one opposite me had a nice surround; and there are some stained glass panels, one with the pub's name. I'd call in again if I knew there would be a real ale on, but the odds against me being in Brampton are even longer, I reckon.
