The Head of Steam has a bar along the left wall that faces tables down the centre and booth seating up the right. At the rear is a pool table. The bar supports premium keg and I counted seven handpumps, one was off and one had three Lilley’s Cider clips stuck to it. The ale choice was Thornbridge’s Jaipur, Brass Castle Brewing’s Session Mini IPA, Mobberley Concept #, Three Brother’s Mild Ale and Cameron’s Sanctuary and Boathouse. The service was polite.

Typical Head of Steam Bar - some great beers, including a fridge full of Belgians, complete with the presentation glasses.
