Yes it is, but that's hardly a step forward in the enhancement of humanity...
This is one of those places which is probably perfectly OK for a beer during shop opening hours but turns into a complete zoo after dark, especially at the weekend.
But then I'm not the target demographic for the pubs and bars of the Print Works during this time, and lets just say the bouncers didn't even ask me for my ID when I tried to catch an after midnight pint on Saturday night.
I believe there were some handpumps on the bar, but as I couldn't get anywhere near it to see I can't say.
Best left to the yoof when it gets close to Witching hour...

A few years ago I visited here and they had 8 handpumps all badged with Courage Directors which looked stupid. Called in last week at about 6 on Thursday evening and they are down to 5 handpumps with Abbot & Ruddles on two, one empty and Phoenix Monkeytown Mild & Thwaites Wainwright. I had a pint of the Monkeytown which was pretty good and was charge £1.50!! Even cheaper than my local Spoons. It's a two floor pub with bars on both floors, but cask ale is only available downstairs. It can get very crowded and noisy later in the evening especially at weekends but when we visited it was fine. It's got no particular outstanding features building wise but it was OK for one.

Noisy bar in the bottom of the Printworks entertainment complex. Not much to recommend it unless that is what you are looking for.
