Blue Scrumpy left this review about Scarisbrick Arms

Now called the New Scarisbrick Arms and more of a restaurant than a pub, this is a large roadside building with an equally large space indoors.

You enter into a bar area where there was nobody sat on my Sunday evening visit. There is a separate room for dining off to the left, with a table occupied by a large group, and there is a much larger dining area to the rear.

Cask ales have long since disappeared years ago. It's just a keg choice these days of Corona, Peroni, Guinness, San Miguel, Inch's Cider & Camden Pale.

I was told that food served here is quite good. So, it may be worth coming here for a meal, but I wouldn't recommend coming solely for a drink. It's not really that kind of place anymore.
