Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Toad Rock Retreat

Welcoming country-style pub with a tile-hung upper storey, located on the edge of the built-up area and in the shadow of the famous sandstone formation. Set down some steps at the front, with a small paved yard at the front, but there is also a more level direct access at the side. Four-part interior, with a lounge area to the right of the central counter and two dining areas (doing good business on a Sunday afternoon) to the left. Real log fire. Also has a beer garden up the slope at one side. Three of four handpumps in operation, offering Harvey's, Landlord and Gun Scaramanga extra pale (£3.80).
