The Waterloo consists of a bar area to the left, a separate restaurant to the right and a beer garden out the back. The L shaped bar backs onto an area that houses a pool table and dartboard. Seating runs around the exterior walls. Sky Sports is shown on the plasma screens and there was a football match in progress during my recent Tuesday evening visit. A standard keg range is available from the bar which also supports two handpumps. The Bombardier was off leaving a Blood Orange Pale Ale as the cask choice. As my visit was late in the evening I didn’t see any food menus. I didn’t find the service to be welcoming so this isn’t a pub I will be rushing back to.
