Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Albion
Busy locals pub on the southeast side of Ashford beyond the former railway works; not much to look at from the street, but well maintained inside. Features three main rooms: the bar area, a small lounge on one side and the pool room / live music area at the back (both located up a couple of steps), all traditionally decorated. No real ale, unfortunately, but at least the keg Theakston Best Bitter (£3.60) offered a less usual alternative (for this part of the world) to the John Smith's.

Although extensively altered over the years The Albion is very much a tradtional pub depending solely on 'wet sales'.Sport matches are shown on a large screen in the main bar area as well as tv screens in the seating areas. There is a large garden, childrens play area, covered smoking shelter and a large hall available. The pub is in need of a good makeover through out and can get a bit boistrous at times!
