Large place via several distinct knocked-through buildings, those RSJs are earning their corn. Quite laid-back in my 9.45pm Thursday visit to the extent of having Deacon Blue on the speakers. No cask but there was a Salt brewery keg so went for that which was fine. The usual smattering of students and the lanyard classes in attendance.

Quite a smart O'Neills hidden down a small street. I called in to see if they had the England match showing, they didn't. Quite a few O'Neills now have cask ale on, this isn't one of them. I thought, OK I'll have a half of something fizzy, but after a few minutes of being ignored I decided to leave it. Probably the best decision I'd made that evening.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about O'Neill's
Elongated bar created from about three different buildings. Anonymous modern furniture, but thankfully less faux-Irish tat than most O'Neills. Some small patio tables out front. Two of three handpumps on when I visited, offering Everards Tiger and Purity Pure UBU (with Doom Bar off). Overall, one of the chain's better outlets.
