Used to be called the Hunstman, now an African bar. Entered via a corridor that felt like a nightclub disco to a basic and whiffy main room. Despite the website advertising various African bottled beers there was no menu and little comprehension of English behind the bar so gave up, after getting offered the classic supermarket staples of Guinness and Blue Star. Of amusement value was the animated person in front of me who wanted to know the whereabouts of someone associated with the business and was very motivated to re-appear when he got the same look of blank incomprehension from the barmaid as I did, despite his better line in patois. Maybe it was for the best that I didn’t hang around with a Guinness.
