One of the best arguments for prohibition I've ever seen. Damp, dark, smelly and with a ceiling that would cause a goat to eat its own kids. Personally I'd hand the keys to the Taliban and have it done with.

Old town pub with good beers and little else. Karaoke was a real turn-off when I visited.
