Seemed to have had a recent refurb and a change of name. Some pubs called Hoptimist would have some craft beers, even a cask ale, but not this one. I had a half of John Smiths Smooth Crap which cost £1.35. There was an afternoon quiz taking place when I was there, with most of the contestants even older than me, and the lass who was reading out the questions had to interrupt herself to serve me my beer. One or two of the quizzers took the opportunity for a precautionary visit to the toilet.
