Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Ock 'N' Dough
Oddly named pub (but named after a traditional local meal apparently) with a curious mix of buildings. Some of these could be a former farmhouse with an attached and extended barn with large exposed timbers, now the bar, two side seating areas and the rear pool / darts room, and a large modern extension housing the Hungry Horse restaurant. Dark furniture and décor throughout. Also has a good sized front patio garden. Greene King IPA (£3.84) and Abbot available from the five handpumps, with a reversed clip for the False Nine seasonal beer turned around.

Alan Winfield left this review about Ock 'N' Dough
The Ock 'N' Dough is a new build pub that is situated on the northern edge of Wellingborough.
Once inside there was a large oblongish shaped room, the bar faced, the seating was the usuall mix in these types of pubs with tall tables and chairs and normal tables and chairs, the ceiling was very high with exposed wood beams to the rear right, the room was carpeted throughout.
The pub is a Greene King house but branded as an hungry horse pub, there were three real ales on the bar,i had a drink of GK IPA which was a decent enough drink, the other beers were Old Speckled Hen and Olde Trip.
The pub does food and is child friendly,it was very busy on my late Saturday afternoon vist with both drinkers and diners.
This is a decent enough pub if you want a drink and a bite to eat and have children.
