The Robin Hood is one of three pubs in the quaint village of Labley a coupple of miles from Mapperley and Gelding. The pub is a Marston's tied house with old fashioned left and right bar/lounge entrances on the left and right as you enter. Both rooms are served by a central bar with the left hand lounge having comfy apulstered seating and tabkes door diners. The right hand bar has a further room extended to the back housing a pool take and some more seating. The decore is pretty standard with carpet througout and all in line with generic styling of other run of the mill Marstons houses. The bar hosts the working had pulls of which there are three all from the breweries own range or extended family and I haven't seen an outside guest in here in the times I have visited. On my most recent vist there was Jennings Brewery Atomic Theory and Bitter as well as Wainwright. The Bitter was in decent nick at a pretty wallet friendly £2.85.
overeqll a pretty standard place that attracts a mixed audiance with their food deals. Is by gar the most basic of the three pubs in Lambley but alsobthe least pretnecious and I'd feel more at home nipping in for a pint in here than the nearby gasto "The Lambley
