A Sizzling pub with enclosed beer garden in front, featuring the usual picnic benches and umbrellas, plus a dartboard. Inside is another dartboard and a pool table on the right, with the bar counter ahead and dining rooms to the left. A solitary hand pump is used for propping up a small blackboard advertising bottles of Doom Bar for £4.20: there is no cask beer. My half of John Smith's Smooth Crap was cold and virtually tasteless, which may have been a mercy.
