It looks neat from the outside,nicely painted and clearly a building of some character,but once inside oh dear! There is a sunked snug on the left full of sofas,to the right another selection of leather seating,while around the bend is the bar with a vast collection of huge lager fonts,and extremely loud music on my Friday 9pm visit with a few people attempting to dance .The one handpump was reversed and slow service at the bar allowed a quick escape.
This pub will appeal to the 16-22 age group and few others.Head splitting noise,crap keg beer and nothing to raise the spirits.I wont be returning.
