Am amazing Fullers pub in huge picturesque grounds, a converted mill straddling the River Wey and with a working water wheel within the pub itself. Enter up a long cobbled driveway to a part brick, part weatherboard building. A rambling multi-roomer with distinct décor in each - flagstone floors, river views etc. There’s a large grassed garden overlooking the water, it really is quality. The one let-down was the ale - four on (Pride, ESB, Olivers Island and Summer Ale). Tried the latter two but neither were particularly great examples. Price-wise, it’s Fullers so expect to be fleeced. Still, it’s one of those ‘try before you die’ places if you pick a nice sunny day.

Went here recently and was impressed with both the food and the location - stunning location, the service was excellent and the staff were friendly although it was not busy. Will go back again soon.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Mill at Elstead
Fantsatic location and setting in old watermill on the River Wey just west of Elstead. (Drove past it by chance, but turned around after half a mile and went back - it just looked so nice...). Decent pint of Fuller's Discovery, sipped watching the swans on the mill pond, but the staff didn't seem too interested.
