A very tidy, detached, white rendered cottage styled pub, with black paintwork and some etched windows
The pub was closed when we arrived, however the chap opened up especially, and soon had several others in. The pub had two rooms, the decor being white and beige/brownish (i am a bloke, not great with colours!). There was a dartboard in one room, on which we played, and a pool table in the other. There were a few footy (1966 World Cup) and a few Rugby pictures on the walls. Music was supplied by aSky TV music channel, kiddy stuff really.
Beer; all tap stuff, with a so-so Banks's MILD (first drink of the day taste maybe) and GK super chilled IPA.
A friendly kind of locals place. Enjoyed the darts, but beer wasnt the best. Tidy inside, so if you are not a real ale drinker, you could do worse, if you are, there is nothing to attract you.
