Aqualung . left this review about The Esquire House (JD Wetherspoon)
Apparently this was an original pub despite the fact that it looks more like a public library. I wonder if the original pub had the same name, presumably taken from the American men's magazine. Unusually it has a car park at the front.
Inside it's a bland L shaped room with fairly typical fixtures and fittings.
The bar has ten hand pumps which had three available soon, one unused, the Scottish JDW Trio Of Doom, Skye Red & Gold and Kelburn Cart Blanche. I went for the Cart Blanche (£2.35) which was in good enough nick.
It's not a bad suburban Spoons, at least it had some Scottish beers.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Esquire House (JD Wetherspoon)
Substantial modern building with tall front windows giving a decent amount of daylight inside. Interesting 16-panel panoramic photograph across full width of bar. Small front terrace. Fair selection of real ales from ten handpumps, including the Williams Bros Midnight Sun at £2.30. Appears well managed, and handy for Anniesland station.
