Philip Gaskin left this review about Peldon Rose
The Peldon Rose has been there since the 15th century, and as you enter the bar area it has a quality and charm that you would expect. We sat on the left hand end of the bar area overlooking the pond, and it was such a nice place to be in. The conservatory restaurant seems to have been refurbished, although the tiled flooring makes it a bit noisy. One area that can often let a pub down is the toilets, but here they are an exemplar. Considering the quality of the interior and service the prices are agreeable. Greene King IPA, Woodfordes Wherry and Once Bittern, and Adnams Bitter were available. Pay it a visit, it is worth it.
