Old Blue left this review about The Pear Tree

A modern bar in white with some twig-based decorations, L-shaped with the shorter left hand side furnished with stools and high tables, and some sofas in front of the dance floor to the right. The drinks selection included a range of tap stuff, and London Pride on handpull, on my Boxing Day visit, and it didn’t appear to serve food other than bar snacks (olives, pickled eggs and suchlike). Service was welcoming and friendly, and there was a variety of people watching the football during my visit.
