The Central was closed the last time I visited Ramsey. According to the lady behind the bar, it closed for around 3 years for a refurbishment and re-opened in August 2023.

There is a central bar with rooms either side. On the left, there is a lounge area, with a more basic bar to the right-hand side of the entrance door. The 2 rooms connect to the rear of the bar.

2 handpulls are on the bar, but it seems that only one is generally in use. Okell's Bitter is the cask ale and it was in a reasonable condition. Ramsey has some better pubs than this, but we received a fairly warm welcome. Not open until 2pm on a Sunday though.
