Strongers . left this review about O'Shea's Irish Pub

Unsurprisingly, O’Shea’s is an Irish themed pub, well actually it’s more of a Guinness themed pub. High booths run up the right-hand windows to a mix of high and normal tables in the right rear. The serving counter runs across the rear wall to the left facing seating in the front left and a stage on the left-hand wall. I thought there was a second bar through a door to the left of the counter, until I saw my reflection gawping back at me from the mirrored panels. Rock music was being played a little too loudly to be classed as background music, but I like a bit of Queen and Fleetwood Mac. There are no hand pumps here anymore, I checked twice, so Carling and a premium keg were the options. I decided to have a pint of Guinness… when in Rome! The barman was very friendly and offered to deliver the said Guinness to my table. There was only one other customer so he didn’t have any issues finding me. As Irish bars go this place is OK.

Celebrates all things Guinness. There is a single cask ale which was MPA. Skiddley-aye skiddley-doo music pouring through the speakers.

Large one roomed Irish pub with a stage at one end, decorated with generic Irish "artifacts". There's now a handpump on the bar but this was off, so we ordered 2 pints of Guinness. As the barman was waiting for the Guinness to settle he pulled through the beer on the handpump which turned out to be Black Sheep Bitter. So there is beer now, but we didn't try it. Very quiet on our Friday early evening visit, but I suspect it gets busy later on when the live music is on. It's pretty nondescript place in daylight, but I have been in when it's been dark outside and it's looked a lot better.

Must have just been decorated and still have the smell of paint/floor polish.
This is a very large pub and the bar was covered in beer fonts, but alas no real ale (Which seems to be the case in 99% of Irish pubs)
