Cask here was the Okells MPA & Best and the Alaska's Pale Ale from Odin plus one unused hand pump. Keg was Coors, Madri, Guinness, Carling, Heineken, original and dark fruits SB, Worthington CF.

Nice pub on the harbour front in Peel. Some outside seating at the front and then public bar via the right-hand entrance was stone tiled with the bar counter on the immediate left of the entrance with tall stool seating at the bar counter. There is a pool table opposite the bar counter with some banquettes providing some seating around the pool table. The rear part of this space has another banquette along the far wall and again to the left of the fire grate housing a coal fire that provided a lovely smell and crackling sound, with a handful of regular tables around. A dartboard on the wall between the tables suggested this isn't a regular darting venue. The lounge bar the other side also had tall stool seating at the bar counter in the far corner and some church pew style seating along the walls opposite serving regular tables. A log burner on the left-hand wall had just burned out on my arrival but I could still feel the warmth in the venue. A solitary TV was showing early evening live footy with commentary, the other TV switched off.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Peveril

Traditional quayside pub, retaining two separate bars and benefiting from a front patio area (partially covered) overlooking the fishing boats. Half-height wood panelling inside, but otherwise quite plainly furnished apart from a pool table in the lounge. Okell's MPA (£2.90), Bitter and Steam available from the three handpumps in each bar.
