The Bulls Head Hotel has a bar on the right wall that supports a standard keg range alongside Staropramen and two hand pumps. During a recent midweek evening visit one of these was off and the other was drawing Sharp’s Doom Bar. To the left of the bar, in the right rear corner, is a raised seating area that was much busier than the rest of the sparsely furnished pub. To the left of the entrance is a raised area that houses a dartboard and pool table. Televisions are located throughout for watching live sport. The barmaid was friendly, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit here again.

A large Victorian boozer situated on a busy road. Multi-roomed with a pool table area. Two handpumps on the bar but only Pedigree on. Its very traditional inside though some bits of the carpet could do with being removed. Its a nice enough pub for a quick bevvy.

One of my regular haunts for an occasional lunchtime pint as I work just up the road. Very ornate in the Victorian style on the outside, the inside however is rather basic. This is a proper working mans local, although there are always a few suits in at lunchtime, including me. Two handpumps, but often only one is badged, often with Pedigree. It's friendly enough and isn't food orientated like many around here.

The Bulls Head is a large victorian pub that is on the corner of a very busy road junction.
The pub looks quite nice from the outside with its large old Hardys sign running acroos the upper half of the pub, once inside the pub was fairly basic but comfortable enough and it was a Bass tied house but there were no real ales on the bar i had a drink of keg Bass mild this was ok but nothing special.
