This is a small Irish corner boozer that was fairly empty whilst I threw a few arrows at the well kept dartboard on my visit last Saturday afternoon. The reason for it being so empty may have been due to the bad reception on the plasma screen which was showing the rugby on BBC and also because Arsenal were about to play in an evening kick off game and there is no Sky Sports in this pub. I found the barmaid to be very friendly and helpful and although there is only a standard draught selection my pint of Guinness was spot on.

I wouldn’t go out of my way to drink here as it is very basic, but it is perfectly placed for meeting people coming out of Finsbury Park train and tube before moving on to greener pastures.
