Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Sankey's
Local family-run food and drink business with several outlets around the town, including a fishmongers in Vale Road, a Seafood Brasserie in Camden Road and a Champagne & Seafood Bar down in The Pantiles. Up on Mount Ephraim, the original building houses a traditional-style pub at street level, with function rooms above and below. Basic furniture in the bar, but the decor is notable for the impressive collection of old enamelled signage on the walls. On this visit, I found Harvey's and Larkins Traditional (3.80) available from two of the three handpumps. Up to 20 craft keg beers available from the keg taps and a good selection in bottled form too. Usually a civilised spot to spend some time away from the hustle-and-bustle of central Tunbridge Wells during the afternoon.
