Got a lot going for it (location, lovely multi-roomed old interior etc). Brakspears became involved in the pub in 1646 when they purchased a 1000 year lease to the building and the building dates back to turn of the 17th century, built from timbers of decommissioned ships from Portsmouth. Good in the summer for the garden, winter for the cosy interior and fire. Three Marstons-list ales on my last two visits; quality not usually up to much and can be difficult to get them changed. With better ale management this would be a must.
