Visited 26/01/26. Visited previously as Be At One on 27/02/23.
No cask. Keg offering of Guinness, Orchard Thieves, Jubel peach lager, something called Grand Central IPA, Murphy's Irish stout, Moretti and again, another new one for me, Brinkhoff's Premium No 1 Pilsner.
Think this is a decent refit of the previous Be At One venue in a very Clapham sort of way. Not a big venue, bare boarded, up a step or two from the pavement outside with the bar counter on the right-hand wall mid venue. There is some tall stool seating along a ledge opposite the bar counter and a (relatively) opened out spaces in front of and beyond the bar counter with a variety of seating options. Plenty of screens showing sporting action with sound and shed loads of Irish bar typical paraphernalia. Some internal walls contained seating compartments, think enclosed booths. Lighting was very conducive to small venue and think this was a pleasant small place of its type.

Conversion from a Be At One to an oirish pub which opened in December 2025,there are three tricolours flying on the outside, the window decoration, guinness adverts and colours are consistent with the theme.A keg only policy but I don't know if the name suggest what may happen if you linger for too long inside and sample the food and the beers.

Smallish bar right near to Clapham Common tube station. Gets busy on Sundays. Sells food, but I'm not sure about real ale. Update, being refurbished and having a name change to B@1.
