The Green Dragon has a serving counter that supports standard and premium keg up the right-hand wall, green banquette seating in the right rear and seating to the left of the entrance. There are televisions throughout for airing advertised Sky and TNT Sports, but there was only background music playing during a recent midweek evening visit. The service from the young barmaid was very friendly, but I had to make do with half a Fosters before moving on. A forgettable town centre boozer for sports fans.

Average pub with no real ales on offer. There are worse and better in Darlington.
