Looking like the archetypal estate pub it appears to be a former club or restaurant now open to the public just looking for a drink. Inside is a single long room with edge banquette seating at proper rectangular pub tables, there’s a selection of softer furnishings in the middle at one end. The right hand end is home to two pool tables and there’s a number of screens about the place. Obviously no cask, two T-Bars and two solos have a standard keg choice. Unusually it appears run by Asians, a strong spicy smell pervades and the constant music was from the sub-continent as was the friendly barman and a couple of the customers, the other customers being old blokes from Leeds. It could be one of those Desi Pubs, rather than a Dr Who misprint.
