No cask. Keg offering of Guinness, Budweiser, original SB, Cruz, Amstel, Heineken, Fosters, K1664, Carlsberg, Stella.

Used to be called the Overdraft Tavern. Corner venue with bar counter on right-hand wall inside front part of the venue. Lino flooring at the front before becoming bare boarded towards the rear. Some tall stool seating at the bar counter. Regular tables and chairs with some leather banquette seating along right-hand wall beyond the bar counter. A few screens dotted around the walls showing pool on TNT Sports on my visit with no sound, rather a handy soundtrack just audible above the mid evening chatter in the venue. There was an unused pool table towards the rear of the venue albeit the actual rear was up a couple of steps and was another shinier bare boarded area with another unused pool table. Was amused to see the signage on the gents’ toilets as "MAN", very definite. Don't know what the previous incarnation was like, but this version is down the pecking order, even for this pub low density postcode.

As soon as you walk in you know you’ve made a mistake! There’s a long bar to the right in a long single room with the seats set out like a cafe and 3 or 4 bar stools at the bar and a cheap looking Lino on the floor which changes to an even cheaper laminate flooring the more you venture in.. The front of the bar is white hardboard which shows all the dirt and marks, the top of the bar isn’t much better offering 6 lagers, 1 cider and Guinness. There are a couple of fruit machines and a pool table at the back of the room towards the toilet which are up a few stairs to a narrow landing.
