Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Robin Hood

Pleasant corner pub located on a side-street a little way back from the seafront a short distance beyond the bandstand. Partly opened-out to leave a comfortably furnished two-part layout with restrained decoration. Two cask beers on handpump: the ubiquitous Harvey's (£5.20) and Marston's 61 Deep.

Another large corner pub thats seems quite common in the area, a single but divided up room with lots of different seating options, Sofas, armchairs, benches , normal table and chairs as well as barstools. The present customers seemed to be locals all sat at the bar. Two Cask beers were available, Ringwood Boondoggle and Harveys Sussex Best, I was taken by suprise as to how well the later was kept, NBSS 3.5 - 4.
A bit off the beaten track but worth a look should you be passing by.

The bar to the right of the entrance to the Robin Hood faces two seating areas that are separated by a dividing wall and supporting pillar. Conventional seating is found throughout and the majority of the seating to the right is in a raised area. There are plasma screens throughout and Sky Sports is shown, although all of the screens were off during my visit yesterday (Tuesday) evening. There was some random background music playing and there is the facility to play on a Wii. A red tone was being given off by the lighting and the candles on every table, much like other pubs in the Hove area. Premium draught products are available from the bar that supports three hand pumps. Two of these were off leaving Harvey’s Best as the lone ale option, but one of the friendly barmaids was pulling another barrel of unknown ale through. The list of ‘coming soon’ ales was made up by Ringwood and Jennings beers.

This is a decent enough pub for a relaxing pint and I would enjoy a revisit.
