Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Great Queen Street
99% restaurant, but it does serve one jacketed cask of real ale on gravity and they are happy to just serve you a drink if sitting on the stools at the far end of the elongated bar along one side of the narrow room. All of the tables are laid up for dining, including the two small ones out front on the pavement, as is the first half of the counter. The building has a relatively inconspicuous frontage, and the interior soon loses natural light as you get away from the front door. Quite sparsely furnished, with a few pictures on the walls but little else in the way of decoration. Also has a smaller cellar bar (not in use when I visited). Beer-wise, my pint of Siren Love of Work (£4.00) turned out to be in surprisingly good form.
