Fairly typical sort of dining pub, which was clearly once in farmhouse rustic but has had a modern makeover with some upmarket furniture. Looks bigger from the outside than it is, although there are a number of small areas round the inside and a large tabled patio out the front. Ales were Doom Bar, London Pride and TEA. Possibly OK for dining but not much of a drinkers' pub.

Once it was a pub called the Lincoln Arms, now it's a food and wine-led gastropub thingy in a rather nice location. One beer (Tim Taylor Landlord) which was very average, alongside some slightly more interesting-end-of-the-spectrum keg beers like Erdinger. It was cold inside, someone should have put the heating on. Also smelt strongly of Milton, which was a bit odd. Better than smelling like a Wetherspoons I suppose.
Maybe worth it for a lazy summer drink, but I wouldn't fancy it otherwise based on this experience,
