Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Red Lion

Attractive and historic Shepherd Neame village inn, with tile hanging on the facades and plenty of exposed timbers inside. Partly opened out at some stage to leave the main front bar (with the dartboard) and a side bar of about equal size but less seating and plenty of space around the pool table. As you would expect, traditional furniture and restrained decor. Whitstable Bay Pale (£3.70) and two Spitfires - regular and Gold - from the three handpumps.
