Quinno _ left this review about The Furze Bush Inn
A rollicking great place, set down from the roadside so not easy to spot. Three rooms, dining to left, bar to front and games to rear. Looks to have had a makeover in recent years and was well done in a catch-all way. Items of note included the hitherto never seen Rotapool (yep, a rotating pool table), real fire, accommodation, darts, large garden and in a nod to the well-heeled locality, a collection of Porsche mags. There were some highly unusual self-flagellating flyers concerning the recent food (lack of quality and service thereof). Three ales, Hooky, GK Abbot and Salisbury English Ale. I tried a half of the Salisbury which was in good shape and served by a friendly barmaid. Terrible lemonade, “like Peckham Spring”, according to Desmond. I quite liked this one though and would be happy to try it again.
