A bit lively on Friday evening, with a gaggle of bar blockers sitting on high chairs in front of the hand pumps. There were three beers on, with the naked fourth pump explained as a technical glitch with a connector. A shame, as the missing beer was Castle Rock Preservation, which is a very good beer when well looked after. My half of Sharps Sea Fury was in very good condition but not a very good beer. I found the background music a bit difficult to tolerate, but when do I not?
