A quote from the pubs website - Welcome to the Corrie Bar, a friendly pub in Armadale where you can catch up with friends, new and old, and enjoy live football on our 3 big screens. Willie Polland (a first team regular for both Raith Rovers and Heart of Midlothian football clubs) built the pub with help from his friends and family and the pub was opened in April 1968, since then The Corrie has always been renowned for its friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
