Colin Walker left this review about The Linden Inn
The Linden Inn sits quietly behind a row of trees making and right beside a large factory. This gives it a nice outlook with the trees and giving the impression of a small factory on the other side. The interior is of a very good quality social club with all its two door entrances to each section. But once inside this opinion changes, as the interior is all very pleasant with its wooden panelled walls. The bar has plenty to offer on the pull taps Tennents and Caledonia Best are the usual types, but no real ale. There are two dartboards each with a raised “oche” giving a more professional look. A pool table also occupies the floor. There is a slightly raised section further from the bar where there is plenty of table and chairs. The only problem being if sitting at this section going to the bar with the pool table and the raised darts “oche” it can be a bit of an obstacle course. There is a good-sized restaurant at the rear of the bar area. There is parking at the rear, which is entered through the same road to the factory. The restaurant can also be entered from the car park.
